The Everything DiSC® Certification course is an online, blended learning experience designed for
trainers and facilitators who want to implement and scale Everything DiSC® within their organisation. The course combines live instructor-led sessions with self-directed learning consisting of:
Self-Directed Learning
Participants learn about the DiSC® model, the history, theory and over 50 years of research behind the tool. They will gain experience debriefing an Everything DiSC® report and planning an Everything DiSC® workshop.
Virtual Classroom
Participants attend four virtual classroom sessions – where they can share and learn from the experiences of their peers and their instructor.
Application Projects
Complete and present two application projects to synthesise your learnings and receive valuable feedback from your peers and educator.
Upon successful completion, participants earn the credential of Everything DiSC® Practitioner, signalling proven knowledge in the language of DiSC® and competence in shaping an engaged, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
Additionally, as your Everything DiSC® authorised partner, Performance Partners provides unlimited support to course participants on completion as they implement Everything DiSC® in their organisation.
