What is Everything DiSC

Everything DiSC® is an assessment-based personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for the Everything DiSC Application Suite. Participants receive personalised insights that deepen their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. The result is a more engaged and collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful cultural improvement in your organisation.

The Four Styles

The DiSC model provides a common language people can use to better understand themselves and those they interact with—and then use this knowledge to reduce conflict and improve communication and working relationships. There are 12 styles, the four primary styles are D,i,S and C. Everyone is a blend of all four styles, where your dot lies is your homebase or comfort zone.

It will take little effort to display these behaviours or tendencies, however we have the ability to stretch beyond our comfort zone with guided facilitation and self development strategies. DiSC® measures preferences and tendencies, not skill or ability. Everything DiSC applications should be used for development and dialogue, not diagnosis. 

D-Style: Dominance

Priorities: Getting immediate results, taking action, challenging themselves and others.
Motivated by: Power and authority, competition, winning, success.

I-Style: Influence

Priorities: Expressing enthusiasm, taking action, encouraging collaboration.
Motivated by: Social recognition, group activities, friendly relationships.

C-Style: Conscientiousness

Priorities: Ensuring accuracy, maintaining stability, challenging assumptions.
Motivated by: Opportunities to use expertise or gain knowledge, attention to quality.

S-Style: Steadiness

Priorities: Giving support, maintaining stability, enjoying collaboration.
Motivated by: Stable environments, sincere appreciation, cooperation, opportunities to help.
